August Goals

Keeping it simple...
  • H2O. Drink more water. AM chilled
  • 1200 Cal a day
  • Eat clean, train dirty: 
  • 5 a day
  • Moderation
  • Work out. 4/7 days AM Cardio, PM KB sesh
  • Stay active
  • Sleep early
  • Reduce stress
  • Reward: Buy new clothes!
